Q1: Will this faucet extender fit my faucet?
A: It is designed for compatible threaded faucets and supports 24 mm male thread, 22 mm female thread and 20 mm female thread connections. Please check your faucet outlet size before ordering.
Q2: How many water modes does it have?
A: The spray head offers 4 water modes: Waterfall Flow, Bubble Stream, Mist Spray and Shower Spray. Simply rotate the spray head to choose the flow that suits your task.
Q3: How flexible is the faucet extender?
A: The multi-joint articulated arm provides up to 1080° of flexible positioning, helping you bring water closer, extend it outward or aim the outlet toward different areas of the sink.
Q4: What does the PP filter do?
A: The built-in PP filter helps capture sediment, rust and visible impurities before water reaches the outlet, providing cleaner water for everyday washing and rinsing.
Q5: How often should I replace the filter?
A: Filter life depends on your local water quality and frequency of use. Replace the PP filter when it becomes visibly dirty, the water flow noticeably decreases, or filtration performance is reduced.
Q6: Are replacement filters included?
A: Yes. This set includes 9 replacement PP filters, giving you extra filters for continued everyday use.
Q7: Is it difficult to install?
A: Installation is straightforward: remove the existing faucet aerator, match the correct thread, screw on the faucet extender and tighten it securely. Always confirm your faucet thread size before installation.
Q8: Can it be folded away when not in use?
A: Yes. The articulated arm folds back toward the faucet to help keep the sink area clear and make countertop cleaning easier.
Q9: Can I use it in both the kitchen and bathroom?
A: Yes, as long as the faucet has a compatible threaded outlet. It is suitable for everyday tasks such as hand washing, filling containers, rinsing the sink and gentle face rinsing.
