Ladies Plus (“LP”) has partnered with AliExpress and HyperSKU a dropshipping platform that assist online sellers source products, fulfill orders, and ship them to customers around the world. Ladies Plus online refund policy is partnered with over 2000+ vetted factories to fulfill white-label and private label products without Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or wholesale to US-based fulfillment through FBS (Fulfilled By Shopee) for AliExpress products.

Ladies Plus automated processes ensure that HyperSKU is able to handle large volumes of orders while maintaining fast, reliable delivery times. For instance, after a customer finalizes an order through checkout HyperSKU agrees to pick, pack, and ship the order to the customer. HyperSKU can fulfill up to 100 orders per click. FBS allows Ladies Plus (LP) to ship AliExpress products from warehouses here in the US and abroad. Tracking numbers and order status are automatically synchronized to LP’s processing systems, notifying our customers of their order status in real-time. In general, customer satisfaction is our number one priority and at LP it is essential that our products comply with on-time delivery system, handling return items and refund requests.

What is the deadline to apply for a return?

You must apply within 15 days of receiving the item(s). To return items, you must keep them in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging. Note: Dropshippers only sell the products, while the supplier is responsible for inventory, storage, and delivery.

How long does AliExpress take to deliver goods?

The shipping time varies due to the following reasons:

Type of shipping

The shipping method a business chooses to receive goods influences the delivery time as follows:

• Ordinary shipments without AliExpress tracking take about 20-60 days.

• Certified shipments (AliExpress Standard Shipping) with tracking could take approximately 10-45 days.

• Private courier shipments (AliExpress Premium Shipping) take about 5 to 10 days.

Holidays

Holidays are busy for Ladies Plus because more people order on the platform, creating a backlog. Also, the postal service may slow down or alter its services for a specific time to accommodate holiday celebrations. This may cause delays in shipping for a few hours or up to several weeks, depending on the backlog of wholesale orders.

Country of origin

Goods stored in warehouses in wholesalers’ countries or close to their states could take about 3 to 7 days for AliExpress to deliver them.

Seller delays

Sellers may become overwhelmed with numerous orders, delaying processing for a few hours to several days. Therefore, AliExpress shipping may take longer to deliver the goods to wholesalers if sellers have too much on their plate to handle.

Popular AliExpress use worldwide

Countries with the widespread use of AliExpress shipping facilitate wholesalers within their borders to enjoy faster delivery of goods. Because AliExpress is common among the carriers, there are established connections and systems to hasten item delivery to the intended destinations. Hence, businesses within Spain, Italy, France, the U.S., etc., take a few hours or days to receive their bulk orders.

Country of destination

It could take up to 60 days for AliExpress to deliver goods to wholesalers, but the time could be more or less. The delivery time in the destination country is influenced by the influx of foreign orders from that state to AliExpress (Mercy Mmbone , 11/21/2023).

When will I receive my order?

After the seller sends out your package, you will receive the goods in the promised delivery time. There is the estimated delivery time and shipping information shown on the logistics page (by clicking the ‘Track Order’ button on the order list page). Note: the estimated delivery time will be updated based on the newest logistics information.

What is ARN?

Acquiring Reference Number (ARN) is tracking information for your bank or card company to locate the refund.

For most debit/credit card refunds that have been successfully processed over 20 business days, there will be the ARN on the order page, or provided by our customer support.

With this number, the issuing bank, especially the department at the bank which deals with chargebacks or disputed payments, is able to help you find the refund. Thus, you may provide the ARN for your bank/card company to locate the refund

Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?

If you are returning multiple items from the same seller, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items as advertised. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

How long does it take to be refunded in full?

A full refund will be given once we have received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund!

How do you deliver/deposit the refund?

Your refund will be returned using the same method used for the original payment of the purchase.

We’re sorry, but item exchanges are not currently supported.However, you may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, since the return order and the new order are independent processes.

How does Ladies Plus handle shipments?

All the products sold by Ladies Plus are purchased wholesale from AliExpress, who have partnered with businesses from all over the world then sold on AliExpress’s platform.

AliExpress uses two logistic models to handle shipments. The models are Fulfillment by a Seller (FBS) and Fulfillment by AliExpress (FBA). FBA is when the company sends products to businesses from its warehouses close to the wholesalers’ locations. On the other hand, FBS is when individuals receive their shipments via sellers’ warehouses.

Hence, when a wholesaler wants to ship items such as clothing, they choose either model to determine how AliExpress will deliver goods to them; will they be shipped from the sellers’ warehouse or AliExpress’s warehouse?

Why is the received amount less than the refund amount on the order page?

AliExpress will always fully refund the agreed amount on the order page. But there can be two scenarios in which you may receive less funds compared with the original refund amount:

Scenario 1.

The bank(s) charge a commission fee after AliExpress transfers the funds

Scenario 2.

If you receive a refund less than the order amount, please contact your bank to inquire on either of the above scenarios.

Buyer protection

Buyer protection allows you to get a refund within the protection period if your item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or arrives not as described.

How long does buyer protection last and how can I initiate a return/refund?

It lasts 15 days from the moment you confirm receipt of your item. Any item with the label “Buyer protection” on its detail page is covered, with the exception of:

• Items that you have damaged yourself

• Personalized and custom-made items

• Perishable items (such as flowers)

• Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.

Make a return/refund request

If you can’t come to an agreement or get no answer, go to Account > Orders, find the relevant order and make a refund only or a return & refund application.

Get refunded

Choose the reason for return/refund from the list provided, upload any supporting info needed (pictures, videos, etc), and submit your application. You can check back regularly under the returns/refunds tab on Orders to see the progress of your application.

If an item needs to be returned, who pays the return cost?

• If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, then it will be up to you to cover the return cost. • If an item is defective, it arrives not as described, or it’s the incorrect item, then it will be up to the store to cover the return cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds can take 1-10 working days depending on your original payment method.

• Any due refund can be sent to your original payment method

• Alternatively, you can get a much faster refund to your AliExpress Bonus account.

What other scenarios fall under Buyer protection?

There are two other situations in which you can use and benefit from the Buyer protection service:

1 – When sellers break their promises, either related to:

● transaction or after-sales services, such as a failure to follow up with the warranty on your order as promised or as required by any relevant laws and regulations

● or logistics and delivery services, such as asking you to pay additional shipping costs after your order’s been placed, or not sending your order using the agreed shipping method and/or route, logistics services, express delivery companies, etc.

2 – When there is a case of unacceptable behavior from sellers that could affect your rights as a shopper, and/or the use of abusive language during any communication with you.

Final considerations to note

In certain countries, stores must comply with other relevant legal requirements (warranty, return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as a shopper. For instance, in most EU countries you will generally have a 2-year legal conformity warranty and a 14-day right to return. Learn more here: Statutory Rights For EU Consumers. In Brazil, you will generally have a 30-day (non-durable goods) or 90-day (durable goods) legal conformity warranty. Additionally, you will have a 7-day right of regret as outlined in the Brazilian consumer legislation.

How can I check the status of my AliExpress order?

Individuals can know the status of their AliExpress orders by tracking them using the packages’ tracking numbers. They can track their shipments on the app or website to locate them while in transit.

Why can’t I track my AliExpress order?

One can’t track AliExpress orders worth less than $5. Such orders are sent by mail and therefore aren’t assigned tracking numbers. Those with tracking numbers show movement within China’s borders, but once they are out of the country, it is impossible to track them.

What is “processing” on AliExpress?

“Processing” on AliExpress is the time a seller takes to prepare an order for shipment. It happens after one has paid for an order and the platform has confirmed it. The period depends on the shipment size, the time of the year, or how busy the seller is.

How can I speed up shipping on AliExpress?

One can speed up shipping on AliExpress by using the platform’s premium shipping option. Using private carriers like FedEx and DHL also speed up shipping time. These methods slash the delivery time of goods significantly but are also very expensive.

What do I do if my AliExpress order is late?

Contact the seller to determine why the package has stayed too long in transit. When the seller doesn’t send the package to the customer, AliExpress automatically refunds the customer via the same payment method they used to pay for the goods.

My AliExpress order is taking too long, can I cancel the order?

One cannot cancel an AliExpress order unless the seller hasn’t shipped the package to them. The only way to cancel an order is within the first few minutes after paying before AliExpress verifies the payment. If the payment has already been verified, the only way to cancel such an order is if the seller accepts it before shipping the package.

Do AliExpress orders arrive at home?

AliExpress orders can arrive at the customer’s doorstep unless the customer chooses to receive them at a designated pickup point.

What happens if no one is at home?

The shipping company handling customers’ orders in a particular country determines its delivery from the postal office. The customer can schedule with the company to deliver at a specific time when they are at home. If someone is at home, the customer can ask them to sign the delivery on their behalf.

Will AliExpress notify me when my order is being delivered?

AliExpress doesn’t notify users when their orders are being delivered. The responsibility lies with the user to keep tracking and reviewing their orders’ status changes.
